We strive to set expectations up-front. No one likes surprises, especially in their technology. If the technology being proposed is new and untested, we will tell you before starting to work so you will know that there may be issues during implementation and can plan accordingly. Also, sometimes implementations require down time. We will inform you of this so you can decide to have the work done after hours or inform your employees and client of the outage during business hours.
Being fair means doing what is mutually benefitial for both parties. We will not take advantage of our clients. If we fall short of expectations, we will do our best to make things right.
